Situation: A user logs into Anywhere Access or Remote Web Workplace and has a first successful connection but cannot connect after the first time.
Explanation: For some reason windows does not like saving the credentials of the remote computer that you are connecting to. Saving the username and password for the website login is fine, but if you check “Remember my credentials” when you choose the computer you want to connect to, it will not let you log in after the first time.
Solution: On the computer you are connecting from, go to Control Panel, Credential Manager and delete the 2 remembered credentials for the remote session (one will most likely be labeled TERMSRV and the other COMPUTERNAME). After this you should be able to log in to that computer again.
